Our Story Since 1968

The Mohave Museum of History & Arts opened in 1968, the culmination of years of hard work by community members and the Mohave County Historical Society. For almost 60 years it has been the cornerstone of cultural preservation in Mohave County.

MMHA features collections focused Native American culture, mining, and ranching , and explored their role they played in the developement of the region.

Today, the museum also houses the Mohave County Historical Society's Archives and Research Library, along with MCHS administrative office.
